Javier's seasoned experience in residential and commercial real estate, sharp instincts, foresight and ability to anticipate market trends, enables him to lead and create opportunities for buyers and sellers in up, down, volatile and changing markets. Javier is a strong and savvy negotiator whether his client is the buyer or the seller.

Javier's work has been punctuated by his involvement with the local community. He currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors at Hacienda CDC, was recently appointed to the board of PMAR - The Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors, serves as Chairperson of PMAR's Realtor Advocacy Committee, serves as a Trustee at PMAR PAC Trustees and is also on the board of The Rebuilding Center. Additionally, he has been a longtime partner and preferred Real Estate Broker at the Portland Housing Center where he has taught home buying classes since 2006.

Javier is fully bilingual in both English and Spanish and earned degrees in Economics and International Business at UDLA in Quito, Ecuador.
