Kirk Bales has been a resident of Yamhill County since 1969. He has been a licensed Realtor since 1992 serving Yamhill County. He has helped clients satisfy their real estate goals whether it being buying their first home or starting a new business. He has also worked with many organizations helping them find property to service their clients. He will work tirelessly to help you achieve your goals as well.

Kirk Bales graduated from McMinnville High School in 1979 and Linfield College in 2012 with a Bachelors of Science in Management.

Kirk Bales served 3 years in the US Army repairing missile systems. His service lead him to spend time in Alabama, Texas and West Germany. As a Private (E-1), he was placed in charged of an electronics test van. As he advanced through the ranks, Kirk served in several other positions being in charge of teams on field missions and temporary deployments. He was Honorably Discharged in 1983.

Kirk Bales entered the real estate industry in 1993. Prior to this, he spent 10 selling insurance for Country Companies. Kirk looks forward to using his knowledge and skills to provide his clients the best possible service.

Kirk Bales is married his wife Nyla. He spends his free time watching sports, fishing, bowling and volunteering with Scouts BSA.
